We work with several different shipping companies and choose the best solution depending on the size, weight and destination of the product. Smaller packages are usually sent by parcel agent, while larger goods are delivered to your home by a transport company. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can easily follow the delivery.

In order for your planer bench to have a long life and function well over time, and for the warranty to apply, regular service is required.

This means retightening all screws and lubricating the moving parts with tallow, according to the instructions on the packaging.

Equipping your bench with Sjöbergs Protective Jaws adapted for back or front pliers also means that the pliers on your bench will last longer. The bench must never be stored in damp rooms or environments.

For the structures to function satisfactorily with the moving parts, the humidity must be between 40-55% constant.

To ensure safe use and minimize the risk of accidents, the following measures must be taken in accordance with EU Regulation 2023/988 on General Product Safety:

– Workbenches and Stands: All Sjöbergs workbenches and stands that are prepared with anchoring holes must be securely anchored to the floor according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

– Storage Cabinets: All Sjöbergs storage cabinets must be securely anchored to the wall according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Proper anchoring is necessary to meet safety requirements and prevent accidents during use.
